Effective July 3, 2026
These terms cover your use of www.themimeticmethod.com and describe, in plain language, how doing business with The Mimetic Method™ works. The site and the services are operated by Lance W Pincock Consulting LLC, an Idaho limited liability company based in Burley, Idaho, USA. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
What this site is
This site describes our marketing services, publishes results from client work, and lets you request a free marketing read or book The Verdict. The content on this site is for general information about our services. It is not a promise of specific results for your business.
The Verdict
The Verdict is a one-time paid engagement, currently $997, that includes compressed buyer research on your market, ads built from that research, a written document, and a live call. What you receive is described on the booking page at the time you purchase. The research delivered as part of The Verdict is yours to keep whether or not you hire us afterward.
If you need to reschedule your call, tell us and we will find another time. If we fail to deliver what The Verdict promises, tell us and we will make it right or refund you.
Ongoing services
Ongoing marketing services are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Lance W Pincock Consulting LLC. A few standing commitments, which also appear in those agreements:
- Engagements run month to month. There are no long-term contracts.
- Assets built for you (websites, funnels, ad accounts, and the data in them) belong to you. If you leave, you take them with you.
If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Results
Case studies and numbers on this site are real results from specific clients, reported as accurately as we can report them. They are not guarantees. Marketing outcomes depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, and your follow-through, none of which we control completely. Anyone who guarantees you specific revenue from marketing is guessing out loud.
Payments and refunds
Payments for The Verdict are due at booking. Payments for ongoing services are due as set out in your agreement. Refund terms for ongoing services are in your agreement; refund terms for The Verdict are stated above.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business.
- Use this site lawfully. Do not probe, scrape, or attack it.
- Do not submit forms on behalf of people who have not asked you to.
Our content
The text, design, and methodology descriptions on this site belong to Lance W Pincock Consulting LLC. You are welcome to quote it with attribution. You may not republish the site or pass the methodology off as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lance W Pincock Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability related to any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to each other like adults will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
