The Mimetic Method™ is operated by Lance W Pincock Consulting LLC, based in Burley, Idaho, USA. This policy explains what information we collect on www.themimeticmethod.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
If you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, business type, and website address. If you book a call, we collect the scheduling details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and anything you write in the booking form.
Like most websites, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site: which pages you visit, roughly where you are visiting from, and what device and browser you use. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To reply to what you asked for. If you request the free marketing read, a person reads your site and emails you back.
- To schedule and deliver services you purchase, such as The Verdict.
- To send occasional emails about our work. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works.
- To understand how the site is performing, using aggregated analytics.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. Form submissions, scheduling, and email are processed through our customer relationship platform (GoHighLevel, operated by HighLevel Inc.). The site is served through our hosting and content delivery provider. Analytics, where used, are handled by our analytics provider. These companies process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, or as long as reasonably needed to answer your inquiry. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep a record.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
For any of these, email lance@lancepincock.com and a person will handle it.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; we will just know less about how it is being used.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
